Cooperation intention

1. Preparation of near infrared light emitting devices.

2. Resource utilization of solid waste.

Research directions and Scientific Research Achievements of the laboratory

1. Preparation Technology and Application of High Purity rare Earth oxides with Special Morphology. Focusing on the unique ionic rare earth resources in China, and in order to meet the needs of the development of rare earth industry from primary processing to intensive processing, the technology of direct preparation of high purity special morphology rare earth oxides from ionic rare earth separation solution was developed, and "high purity special morphology rare earth oxides" was used as raw materials to prepare fluorescent materials for energy saving lamps and white LED. The bulk density of yttrium oxide developed is ≤ 0.2 g cm ~ 3, the specific surface area ≥ 5 m ~ 2 cm ~ 3, the purity > 99.999%, the bulk density of cerium oxide ≤ 0.4 g, the specific surface area ≥ 9 m ~ 2 cm ~ 3, the purity > 99.9%, the bulk density of lanthanum oxide ≤ 0.3 g, the specific surface area ≥ 8 m ~ 2, and the purity > 99.999%. Using rare earth oxides with high purity and special morphology to synthesize phosphors, the color temperature of tricolor energy-saving lamps and white light LED is lower than 3000 K and the color rendering index is better than 85, and high quality warm white lighting devices are obtained. This technology develops the production technology with independent intellectual property rights, and realizes the large-scale production of high-purity shape-controllable rare earth oxides, low-carbon and low-oxygen metals, high-grade magnetic materials and high-end light-emitting materials.

Practice has proved that the rare earth metals, alloys, magnetic materials and light-emitting materials produced by this project technology have high quality and good performance. The demand for various products is increasing year by year, which has won the unanimous recognition and trust of customers at home and abroad. The related achievements have been awarded 2 provincial and ministerial level, 6 invention patents and 15 utility model patents. In the past three years, when the rare earth industry was in the doldrums, it achieved an increase of 6.186 billion yuan in sales revenue, 625 million yuan in profits and 232 million yuan in taxes.

2. Preparation Technology of nitrogen oxide Phosphor at low temperature and Atmospheric pressure. In view of the difficulties in synthesis, high cost and room for improvement of product quality of nitride and nitrogen oxide phosphors, multi-step sintering process and molten salt sintering technology were developed, which broke through the conditions of high pressure and ultra-high temperature synthesis of nitrogen (oxygen) phosphors, improved the morphology and uniformity of phosphors, and obtained a simple and low-cost preparation technology suitable for large-scale production. At the same time, through matrix doping modification (Si-C doping, alkaline earth metal doping, charge compensator, etc.) and activated ion co-doping (Ce3+, Eu2+), the luminescence efficiency, luminescence intensity and luminescence thermal stability are improved. Using the existing equipment and optimized process parameters, the pilot test line of nitrogen oxide green phosphor was set up. Through the optimization of the above roasting process parameters, the nitrogen oxide green phosphor with excellent luminous properties and its preparation technology were obtained, and a kilogram pilot production line was formed. Through the optimization of the process parameters through the pilot study, the luminous properties of the synthesized phosphors have been significantly improved, and the luminous intensity at 0.81150 ℃ is more than 90% of that at room temperature. Six academic papers have been published, three invention patents have been applied for and one invention patent has been authorized.

4. Preparation Technology of fluorescent Glass / Ceramics for High Power and High Color rendering LED.

At present, the mainstream fluorescent organic powder packaging white LED devices in the market, due to the poor thermal stability of organic compounds, the application in the field of high power is seriously limited (high heat caused by high power leads to rapid aging of organic compounds). Phosphor glass ceramics can effectively replace the organic packaging phosphor process to solve the above problems.

In this technology, the low melting point inorganic glass is selected as the packaging material, and the red light activator is mixed in the matrix glass (substrate glass) and the phosphor is mixed in the packaging glass. The phosphor glass ceramics with high transparency, high thermal stability and high luminous efficiency are successfully prepared by melt cooling method and screen printing method. The transmittance of the material in the visible light range is more than 50%.

The glass ceramics do not soften and deform within 400C (enough to meet the needs of high power and ultra-high power lighting), and the internal quantum efficiency is close to 90%. The lumen efficiency, color rendering index and color temperature of the prepared devices are also better than those of the mainstream commercial white LED in the current market.

Related technical achievements have published 10 academic papers and applied for 3 invention patents.

Excellent luminescence thermal stability, light color tunable glass ceramics and devices

5. Synthesis of up-conversion fluorescent Materials and Application of temperature Sensing.

The use of fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) technology to achieve non-contact, rapid temperature measurement is an important application field of upconversion luminescent materials.

In order to solve the problem of low luminous efficiency and temperature sensing sensitivity factor of upconversion luminescent materials, a series of double doped rare earth oxides and new double perovskite phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state method. the luminous efficiency of upconversion luminescent materials is effectively improved by the method of co-doping or multiphase coexistence of metal ions.

Based on the thermal coupling and non-thermal coupling energy levels of rare earth ions, the technical means are used to effectively improve the sensitivity factor of temperature sensing, and the application of high sensitivity temperature measurement is realized.

The related technical achievements have published 14 academic papers, applied for 4 invention patents and obtained 1 authorization.
